I like using this, I really do, but washing it is annoying. The tiny grooves are hard to get into, so I end up scrubbing and scrubbing just to get it fully clean.

I’ll admit I’m a little picky about shopping online, but using oxo.com really got on my nerves. I just wanted to find what I needed and check out, but the site felt clunky and made me click around way more than I expected. The checkout process didn’t feel very smooth either. Maybe it works fine for other people, but for me it was frustrating

I was really hoping the warranty would make this purchase feel like a safer buy, especially since I try to be careful with what I spend. But the claim process dragged on for weeks, and I still haven’t received a replacement. For the price, I expected things to be handled a lot faster and with less back-and-forth.

I knew quickly this website was going to annoy me. The menus are confusing, and I found myself clicking around way more than I should have just to find simple things.

I bought this oxo container because it said it was dishwasher safe, so I figured I was good. But after only a few washes, the lid warped and now it won’t seal properly. Seriously annoying, especially since I actually followed the instructions. For the price, I expected it to hold up better. Now it’s just sitting in my kitchen basically useless.

My order from OXO arrived in a really flimsy box with almost no padding inside. The box was crushed, and the item had scratches on it by the time I opened it. What made it more annoying was that when I reached out about it, I felt like I was being talked down to instead of actually helped. I expected much better packaging and a more respectful response.

I accidentally ordered the wrong size container from oxo.com , so I had to start a return. The process itself was easy enough to follow , but it took a few days before I got the return label , and I didn’t really get many updates in the meantime.

Once they received the item back , the refund did go through , so it worked out in the end. I just wish the whole thing moved a bit faster , because there was more waiting around than I expected

I’ve liked some OXO products before, but lately I don’t know... some of the designs feel a bit overthought. I picked up a couple of kitchen tools and they were fine, I guess, just not as clever or useful as I expected for the price. One of them was bulky and kind of a pain to clean, which got annoying fast. I was hoping for something more practical from them, but...

I’ve always liked OXO products, so this was frustrating. I reached out about an issue with my order and didn’t hear back for days. When they finally replied, it felt like a copy-paste answer and didn’t really address what I asked. I had to follow up again just to get a clearer response. Not saying it’s a scam, but the slow replies and vague answers definitely didn’t make me feel great about the experience.

I don’t remember the exact day it happened, but it was roughly a week after I started using it. The lid just stopped working during normal use, and I wasn’t doing anything rough with it. Disappointing because everything seemed fine at first.

This thing feels way too unstable for comfort. It’s got that “accident waiting to happen” vibe, and I definitely wouldn’t trust the little wobble machine around kids.

I bought this from oxo.com thinking it would be easy enough to tuck away with my other kitchen stuff, but it’s way bigger than I pictured. Maybe I should’ve checked the dimensions more carefully, so part of this might be on me, but it takes up so much of my drawer and just doesn’t fit nicely with anything else.

I picked up a few OXO tools thinking they’d make different kitchen tasks easier, but most of them feel a little too specific. They take up space in the drawer and don’t really replace the things I already use. I used this OXO opener for maybe two weeks before it jammed up on me. At first it seemed fine, but then that little part or whatever just wouldn’t move right anymore. Frustrating, and I probably wouldn’t buy it again.

I ordered from OXO and the delivery estimate said it would arrive Tuesday, but it didn’t show up until Friday. There wasn’t really a clear update either, which made it even more frustrating.
